Custom Packaging Support for Export-Focused Brands

We help beauty, skincare, food, gift, ecommerce, and retail buyers confirm structure, material, artwork, finishes, sampling, production review, and export packing.

Our role

A packaging partner for decisions before production

Most packaging delays come from unclear size, artwork, material, finish, carton packing, or approval requirements. Packaverse helps buyers make those decisions visible before production starts.

Structure and quote readiness

Review product size, opening style, insert needs, quantity, and target selling channel before quoting.

Sample or proof review

Use samples, print proofs, or material references when buyers need to confirm dimensions, artwork, or surface details.

Production checkpoints

Coordinate printing, lamination, die cutting, gluing, assembly, and in-process review against the approved direction.

Export packing handoff

Prepare carton packing, labeling, pallet direction, and shipping handoff details for overseas buyers and sourcing teams.

Supplier capability

Custom packaging built around the product, not pulled from a catalog

Packaverse is a custom packaging supplier for international brands, distributors, and sourcing teams. Each project starts from the actual product — its dimensions, weight, shelf context, and how it will be packed or shipped — then works back to the right structure, material, print method, and finish.

Buyers usually contact us when a stock box does not fit the product, the artwork needs a specific print or finish direction, or the packaging has to balance retail presentation with export packing requirements.

Project coordination

How a custom packaging project moves from inquiry to delivery

1 · Brief and structure check

You send the product details, target MOQ, shelf context, artwork or reference images. We confirm the right packaging form, dimensions, and material direction before any quote.

2 · Quote, sample, sign-off

Quote notes separate unit cost, tooling or mold cost when applicable, MOQ direction, and estimated timeline. When sampling is needed, the approved sample or proof becomes the production reference.

3 · Production and QC

Pre-press review, printing, finishing, structural assembly, and in-process checks are coordinated around the approved direction. Typical checks include surface damage, structural fit, color consistency, and carton packing.

4 · Export packing and delivery

Carton labeling, pallet planning when needed, and EXW / FOB / CIF handoff details are prepared with your freight partner or sourcing team. Packing photos and shipping documents can be shared before dispatch.

Quality and sustainability mindset

How we approach sampling, QC, and material responsibility

Sampling discipline

Sample or proof used as the reference

When a project needs sampling, the approved sample, material reference, or print proof is used as the practical reference for production review.

Print and color

Color expectations clarified early

Brand color direction can be checked against Pantone references, supplied samples, or printed proofs depending on material, artwork, and production method.

Material responsibility

Sensible material choices, not greenwash

Kraft paper, paperboard, molded pulp, and reduced-plastic insert options can be considered when they fit the product, budget, appearance, and destination market requirements.

Export-ready

Designed for the journey, not just the shelf

Carton strength, stack direction, pallet planning, and shipping environment are discussed when packaging needs to move through export handling, warehousing, or ecommerce delivery.
